Derrick, founder of Sleep Detective

Who you're working with

Hi, I'm Derrick — the Sleep Detective.

I started Sleep Detective after years of struggling to fix my insomnia. I tried everything: circadian lighting, blackout bedrooms, temperature-regulating mattress toppers, sound machines, light and sound blockers, dietary changes, cognitive-behavioral therapy, supplement strategies. Some interventions worked, but with each solution a new problem would arise, especially as I traveled and changed homes frequently. Eventually, everything "clicked", and I started getting consistently great sleep.

Every consultation and every blueprint is mine to design. I work with a small number of clients at a time, anywhere in the world, so I can stay close to the details and stand behind the 14-day promise above. If your sleep doesn't change, I haven't done my job.
